App works, it needs your location on and BTooth on ,the way it works it takes the currdnt day and rolls imto the next morning. You have to set your sleep times. Also thd main controller and inflater keeps the data to upload to the app. The app will disconnect sometimes while sleeping. But will update when you reconnect. I have no issues as I lesrn how the app works with the msin controller. I leave ths msin controller ON all the time 24/7. Then turn app on and connect when goi g to sleep.

The app keeps disconnecting from the pillow, and doesn't record the data properly. One night, it recorded for 26 minutes and then just stopped suddenly. Last night, it apparently didn't record at all, even though I checked several times and it claimed to be recording. I haven't even used the inflation in the pillow yet, because the instructions recommended to keep it inactive for at least the first 3 nights to get a base reading. It's really stressful.

Useless, crashing all the time. The iOS version works better.

Pillow: the pillow actually works pretty well, wife says I don't snore anymore. I've tried mouth guards, pillows, all kinda stuff. This pillow seems to work. Inflator has not woken me or wife once. Cannot use normal pillowcase; must un-stuff to wash pillow case, and then re-stuff pillow. Could probably use your own memory foam or other pillow fill to make it comfortable to you. App: terrible app. Need to open it every night before bed, or ur pillow doesn't know when to activate. If u do this every night, pillow will inflate properly. App data (sleep/snore/head position tracking) is terrible, unreliable, and inconsistent. I use other apps to track my sleep, though (Huawei Health, Sleep as Android). Customer service: I've reached out to them 3 times and not a single reply. Very disappointed, also didn't realize they were China based until after I purchased. Overall: hardware is fine (4*), software and support are Terrible (0*), hence the 2* avg. I would have just gotten the Smart Nora, but that only has one air chamber while the Good nite has 6, for more personalizable (by the software, not u) head movement. I will continue to use this in hope the app gets better. If not, I'll eventually upgrade to an American company (if not American made product!) Who values their customers' time and user experience more.

Always have to exit to get it to reset and connect. Now showing the year 2036 on the app and the smart pillow won't work.

Michael McComb

App quits every time I try to connect to pillow by Bluetooth.

Matt Gregersen

No longer works. When it did I liked the data, but since upgrading my phone it logs no data making it useless.

Paul Pleiss

It is a pain.
